MAC address of Versiv

Update your Versiv to the latest code and it will be displayed in the Versiv screen. To view it, tap on TOOLS > Network and Wired: or Wi-Fi:

Before this update, the following utility had to be used.

If your IT administrator has implemented MAC address filtering, you will need to provide the MAC address of the Ethernet port (or Wireless USB dongle) to them. At this time, the information is not directly available through the interface.

As a short term solution, you can download this utility. When installed, connect the Versiv to your PC via the micro USB cord. Run the utility and click on Versiv Connect. It will then retrieve the MAC address of the Ethernet Port and Wi-Fi dongle if present.
